Inventive is an architecture, engineering and design studio. For over fifteen years we have delivered residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use work — from the first concept sketch through structural and MEP coordination to site supervision and handover.

We work with developers, private owners and institutions who care as much about how a building performs as how it photographs. What makes our approach distinctive is that design and engineering sit in the same room from day one: nothing is drawn that cannot be built, and nothing is built that was not first understood.
