Saudi Arabia
SAYAF GAS STATION HUB
Sayaf Gas Station Hub is conceived as a multi-functional landmark
that integrates mobility infrastructure with community-oriented
spaces, rooted in the cultural identity of Saudi Arabia. The proj-
ect is organized around a central gas station core, complement-
ed by drive-thru food and beverage units, a car service center, and
a mosque, all arranged within a clear and cohesive masterplan.
Two-story buildings containing cafés and restaurants frame
the central plaza, with open terraces overlooking the pub-
lic space to encourage social interaction and extended
stay. Architectural expression is defined by white cladding
and triangular wooden louvers, reinterpreting traditional
Saudi forms while providing shading and environmental comfort.
At the heart of the project, the central plaza functions as a vi-
brant civic space, anchored by a culturally significant sculptur-
al element and enriched with landscaped greenery. Beyond its
utilitarian role, Sayyaf operates as a contemporary community
hub—where architecture, culture, and daily life intersect—re-
