For this project, we chose a sophisticated neutral pal-
ette of warm beiges, soft creams, and sand-toned tex-
tures to create an atmosphere of immediate serenity
and timelessness. To anchor the space, we integrated
natural elements, most notably the indoor olive tree en-
cased in a curved glass atrium, which acts as a living sculp-
ture and blurs the line between the indoors and outdoors.
The lighting design was carefully curated to enhance the
sense of volume; we utilized expansive floor-to-ceiling win-
dows to flood the space with soft, natural light, comple-
mented by an architectural, halo-style pendant over the
dining area for a sculptural evening glow. Every material—
from the tactile upholstery of the dining chairs to the raw,
geometric stone of the staircase—was selected to provide
a balance of monolithic strength and refined comfort, en-
suring the space feels both grand and intimately livable.
The central olive tree, enclosed in its rounded glass case,
acts as the “heart” of the room, bringing the beauty of the
outdoors inside. We used a curved glass design to soften
the sharp lines of the architecture and ensure you can en-
joy a view of the greenery from every corner of the space.
This living centerpiece doesn’t just look beautiful; it cre-
ates a calm, fresh atmosphere and works with the natural
light to make the entire floor feel more open and alive.
