Project Gallery
Located in the prestigious Moustafa Kamel district of Alexandria, this boutique branch of Fluckiger reinterprets traditional European pastry parlor traditions with a contemporary coastal sensibility. The interior volume features classical coffered ceilings accented by deep recessed moldings and integrated perimeter cove illumination. Subtle pistachio and soft sage-blue wainscoting wrap the lower walls, pairing with natural oak joinery to establish an understated, sophisticated residential-like warmth upon arrival.
The retail floor is orchestrated around specialized presentation points that honor the craft of fine pastry making. Custom-engineered suspended brass display rings elevate signature cakes as visual centerpieces, complemented by modern floor-to-ceiling refrigerated glass vitrines that keep delicate delicacies in optimal view. Polished marble and patterned checkered floor tiles direct natural circulation from the main ordering counters to quiet perimeter high-top seating, delivering an elevated, sensory-rich bakery environment.
