Situated directly along the coastline in Jeddah, Durrat Al Arus exemplifies bespoke seaside living through timeless Mediterranean architectural language. The villa’s volume is articulated with pitched terracotta clay-tile roofs, brilliant white stucco walls, and arched blue accents that mirror the adjacent waters. The structural layout cascades gently toward the private beachfront, organizing luxury living spaces and private suites to optimize panoramic sea views while shielding internal courts from direct prevailing winds.
The outdoor realm is anchored by an organic-shaped lagoon swimming pool embraced by native date palms and expansive flagstone sundecks.
