Project Gallery
Designed to celebrate the warmth and craft of traditional pizza-making, Scrapee transforms the culinary kitchen into a theatrical visual centerpiece. The open-plan layout is anchored by a sculptural mosaic-tiled stone pizza oven with an active hearth, offering guests an unobstructed view of the baking craft. A dramatic L-shaped service bar clad in deep terracotta fluted ceramic tiles and polished marble counters bridges the culinary workspace with high-top social dining, establishing an interactive and intimate threshold between chef and patron.
The interior envelope balances rustic Italian culinary traditions with crisp contemporary detailing. Overhead, an architectural waffle-grid ceiling finished in burnt terracotta hides ductwork while supporting suspended timber display shelving and warm downlighting. A row of vibrant orange metal bell pendants casts an appetizing, concentrated glow across the dining ledge, echoed by perforated high-top barstools and two-tone diagonal floor tiling. Through tactile brick hues, raw masonry, and dynamic lighting, the restaurant delivers an inviting, high-energy gastronomic destination.
