Situated in the vibrant coastal destination of Marina 6, Villa V.40 balances casual beachside warmth with tailored architectural craftsmanship. The double-height living environment is grounded by full-height rugged stone masonry and dark timber ceiling beams that echo traditional Mediterranean vernacular. Soft plastered arches and discreet cove lighting gently divide the open floor plan, framing transitions between the conversational lounge, central staircase, and exterior garden vistas.
The interior layout prioritizes fluid entertaining and family relaxation. A convivial dining and kitchen zone integrates muted olive-green cabinetry with warm hanging ceramic pendants, connecting directly with the main seating court. Sculptural solid-wood coffee tables, woven wall art, and plush neutral linen sofas enrich the space with organic tactility. Merging weathered natural elements with clean contemporary comforts, the residence delivers a calm, sun-drenched coastal retreat.
