Project Gallery
Located within the prime residential context of Sodic East, this villa interior embodies a refined, cosmopolitan design language characterized by dark tones, tactile surfaces, and precise geometry. The ground floor layout prioritizes continuous visual flow between social areas, subtly zoning the formal dining room and family lounge using a custom floor-to-ceiling metal shelving partition. This open framework maintains transparency and shared natural light while providing a display armature for curated accessories and indoor greenery.
The interior palette combines textured micro-cement wall treatments, warm fluted woodwork, and polished large-format marble flooring. Recessed magnetic track systems and minimalist directional spotlights sculpt the ceiling plane, providing dynamic layers of task and ambient illumination. Complemented by plush modular seating, iconic contemporary pop-art sculptures, and textured textiles in warm ochre and charcoal, the residence delivers a dramatic, tailored living environment crafted for luxurious entertaining and relaxed family comfort.
